- The bombers are members of Arab Muslim cells in New York acting after the covert US capture of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Talal. They destroy a city bus, a Broadway theater and the FBI's Manhattan field office, after which martial law is declared and Arab and Muslim men are rounded up in Brooklyn and interned in a stadium camp.
