- The Arabs are Mr. Slyman and Prince Habib, oil-rich buffoons (played by Cheech and Chong in dual roles) who run a car wash and a club, stash illegal cash in a limousine, keep French girlfriends, and casually resolve to murder the heroes when the money goes missing.
