- Yousef Bey, the Egyptian priest dispatched to Massachusetts, steers the mummy Kharis through a chain of stranglings. Amina, the film's one woman of Egyptian descent, is a will-less vessel for a reincarnated princess, trailing the monster in a trance until it carries her off.
