- The film opens on a rifle-waving anti-American rally in Libya, then sends four Libyan terrorists into Indiana to car-bomb a nuclear power plant; when that fails they seize a high-school detention class, execute resisting hostages, and the last of them tries to blow up a girl with a grenade rather than surrender.
