  • The serial imagines the Arab world as one credulous bloc under a single figurehead: a Nazi agent kidnaps Sultan Abou Ben Ali, styled "leader of all the Arabs," and rules in his place by simple disguise. The Arabs follow the impostor without question while an American agent and his European allies do the work of unmasking him.
