For a passport ruse, the jewel-thief hero dresses in thobe and headdress and puts on a comic Arab accent — 'I'm doing Peter Sellers doing Omar Sharif' — while his companion plays his silent wife in a black abaya; when he barks 'Lower your veil!' she obeys instantly, and the caricature fools the officials.
