- Ben Shaheed's Arab faction is pure menace: his men shoot down a rescue helicopter, execute a captured American crewman, and use a stolen Stinger to blow a peace delegation out of the sky over Lebanon. The film's one sympathetic tie to the Arab world, a journalist of Lebanese descent, matters mainly as a source who hands her contacts to the SEALs.
