- Ancient Babylon is ruled by three scheming siblings who run a slave empire, drug and seduce their guests, and plot one another's murder, while the visiting Assyrian king arrives to buy the city's entire slave population; the film's East is wall-to-wall treacherous despots until Hercules brings the city down.
