- The enemy is an Iraqi strongman's chemical-weapons plot, and the Arabs on screen are uniformly targets for the American pilots sent to bomb them - with much of the aerial combat recycled as stock footage from earlier Arab-enemy pictures, Iron Eagle and Navy Seals.
