- The villains are Muslim terrorists under Kahlil Kadal, who threatens to detonate an atomic bomb in Miami unless Western influence leaves the Middle East. His agent Anwar Hussein stages a fake assault on a disabled American TV producer so he can "rescue" and seduce her, then hides the nuclear device in her wheelchair to smuggle it into a live broadcast; fanaticism and treachery are the terrorists' only traits.
