- Egypt supplies the full curse repertoire: the pharaoh Sefirama's mummy revives to slaughter intruders alongside his resurrected followers. The local Egyptians are greedy tomb-robbing henchmen who dynamite and loot the burial chamber, and the one prominent Egyptian woman is an aged priestess who exists to shriek warnings about the curse before the mummy kills her.
