- In a fictional Arabia, the rebel Tabrak and his black-robed followers kidnap the pro-Western crown prince and his mother, present the severed head of the prince's American tutor on a platter, execute bound prisoners, massacre a hospital's patients and staff, rape an Arab woman, and burn a countryman alive. A lone ex-CIA American then wipes out Tabrak and his entire force.
