Bloodsucking Pharaohs in Pittsburgh (1991)

A chainsaw-wielding murderer in a red fez leaves hieroglyphic notes inside mutilated victims, and the trail leads detectives to a wholly invented "Little Egypt" district of Pittsburgh dressed with souk-style streets, robed extras, belly dancers, and camels. The Egyptian villains include cafe owner Jackie Cairo, who strips the kidnapped heroine at knifepoint, and his accomplices Lobar and Grace, who turn out to be the killers.
